Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Shed
Ensure all components are packed securely in their original flat-pack packaging, as we cannot accept returns for sheds that have been partially or fully assembled.
Arrange Collection
Once approved, we will coordinate a specialized courier to pick up the oversized items from your property or provide instructions for drop-off at a local depot.
Inspection and Refund
Our warehouse team will inspect the returned items for damage; once verified, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
